WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP🛳

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a e-mail letting you know that your package is on its way you can also track your order with your tracking number.

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS

No, we only give store credit unless the item is faulty, Please be aware that we check every item before we carefully package it.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS

Yes we do returned items will be issued with a  Store Credit / voucher, we do not offer refunds so please choose carefully, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us immediately at hello@stuntedgiraffeco.com first will issue you with a credit note / voucher in lieu of exchange and you will need to make a new purchase of the item you require the credit will be for the purchase price of the item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing. Stunted Giraffe Co is not responsible for replacement sipping costs. After we have received and inspected and approved your item, we will then issue you with a store credit.You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. Returns are generally processed within 3-4 business days of receiving your items, you will then receive a e-mail with your store credit. Please note a credit / Gift card voucher is issued for the amount paid for the item (this does not include postage) In line with Australia Consumer law and many other Australian on-line retailers, Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange. For our full returns policy please refer to our refund policy page .

Yes to be eligible for a return the items must

  • Be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Be received within 14 days of receipt of purchase (arrival of purchase).
  • If items have any stains, fake tan make up, fragrance or any kind of sent on them or any marks. If the item has been worn is damaged, including any marks/dirty, washed or altered they will be rejected and a re- shipping fee will be charged to the customer to have the product returned.
  • Any items not returned in there original condition, will be returned to the customer and a re - shipping fee charged to the customer. Stunted Giraffe Co reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in a new condition. Please include your invoice with your return
  • We do not offer returns for All SALE / CLEARANCE items, code or voucher used or any items that had a discount. All Bodysuits, All Barrettes, All hats, All Intimates, All Bathers, All Jewellery Accessories for hygienic reasons.
  • Once we receive your items we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, all tags still attached and in the same perfect condition that it was sent.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on SALE or CLEARANCE items or any items that had a DISCOUNT CODE or VOUCHER used. All SALE /CLEARANCE items are final. All items must be returned via express post or another trackable method and shipping is the expense of the customer.

Please send back via express  Australia post (trackable) or another trackable method. Please don't forget to include invoice with item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.For example if you purchased something that was over $100 and had the free shipping the store credit will be issued minus the cost of the shipping, stunted giraffe co is not responsible or liable for shipping costs due to incorrect sizing, change of mind colour choice etc and therefore the shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your store credit. those who were not eligible for the free shipping ie below $100 will be issued with a store credit for the price of the item that they purchased, we do not refund the shipping cost.

For all international returns, you will be given a store credit minus the shipping fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all cost of returning the item. 

Store Credit/Voucher have a expiry date?

If you receive your credit in a voucher ie gift card this has no expiry date. 

Faulty items

All items are checked before we package them out to our customers, but if on the rare occasion if items are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@stuntedgiraffeco.com within 5 days of the purchase date on your receipt (14 days for international customers) to arrange a refund or store credit. In this case we will pay for the postage of sending these items back to us. Please note items that have been washed cannot be accepted.

How do your clothes fit?👗

Generally everything will fit true to size! if you are a small, order a small. We will always write in the description of each item to let you know how the product fits ie if it fits small or true to size etc

Can I receive a discount?

If you are interested in a coupon code, you must join our email list!

 Can I have a discount code applied after I have placed my order?

 No. All discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout.

Please note depending on what bank you bank with on your statement or online banking may appear as Stunted Giraffe Co or Beyond Clean trading as Stunted Giraffe Co.

What are Pre-Orders?

Please note, some of our items are available to pre order ,the item has to be paid in full to hold the item for you. If you purchase other items with your pre - order they will be shipped once the pre - order item arrives. If your require your other items sooner this is not a problem please contact us to let us know so we can arrange separate shipping for you. If on the rare occasion a pre - order is unavailable we will notify you and organise a refund for the pre - ordered item. 

Please note : we try to give the most accurate time frame that we can but sometimes events outside our control can affect this eg :shipping times, we will however keep you updated along the way on the product page of the pre - oder.

What is Notify Me ?

This is an awesome feature that allows you to be notified when an item has been restocked or available for pre - order. It is an automated system. 

The product is sold out?

Thats fine thats when you can fill in the notify me button on the product page. If we get a lot of requests for an item we will do our best to try and get the item restocked. 

Will I receive a conformation email?

You definitely will after placing your order, you will receive this if however you do not receive a conformation email, please check your spam / junk folder first, then if still no conformation please email us at hello@stuntedgiraffeco.com

Can I track my order?

Yes you can, once your order has been fulfilled a email will be sent out to you will your tracking number. All orders will have a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping details after placing an order?

You would need to email us at admin@stuntedgiraffeco.com immediately. Please note once shipped we can not change the address,Please double check important details like shipping address as once we have shipped a item we can not change the address and we are not liable if you put the wrong address down as we will ship to the address you requested.

My discount code didn't work?

Please first check a few things:

Enter the code exactly ( they are case sensitive)

Make sure you click APPLY Button next to where you entered the code this can be easy forgotten.

Once your order has been placed we can not apply a code, also some codes are a one use only code and can not be used more than once.
